How we use your information

We collect your email address via the sign-up form our website, or via paper feedback forms where you have opted in to receive updates from us via email. We only hold email addresses in our database for people who have previously opted in to be contacted by us regarding the following:

  • General announcements about 60 Miles by Road or Rail as an organisation

  • Announcements specific to a project or piece of work that 60 Miles by Road or Rail making

  • Opportunities to get involved with the work that 60 Miles by Road or Rail is doing

We use Vimeo and YouTube for providing video videos across the website and within our Discover section. Vimeo may capture some personal information which may stay active for a number of years.
